BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING THE APP, USING THE SERVICES, OR PARTICIPATING IN AN ELECTRONIC CONVERSATION FACILITATED BY THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, consumers, content contributors, Business Owners, and Agencies. These Terms are effective as of the date you first click “I agree” (or similar) or use or access the Services, whichever is earlier. If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of your employer or another legal entity, you represent that (i) you have full legal authority to bind that entity; (ii) you have read and understand these Terms; and (iii) you agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity you represent.

Autogramapp provides a platform for automating Instagram direct messages and facilitating communication workflows across messaging channels.
2. Account, Password, Security, and Phone Use
You must register with Autogramapp and create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.
3. Agencies and Business Owners
If you are an Agency using Autogramapp on behalf of a Business Owner, you must identify them as an administrator on the account.
4. User Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you provide through the Services.
5. Communication by Text Message or Email
By using the Services, you agree to receive communication from us, including text messages, emails, and notifications.
6. Communication with Autogramapp
By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Autogramapp regarding your account and our Services.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful activities, harassment, or activities violating third-party rights, among others.
8. Representations and Warranties; Compliance with Laws
You represent that you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and will comply with applicable laws.
9. Mobile App Updates and Upgrades
By installing the App, you consent to the installation of updates that may be released.
10. Billing and Payment
Payments for Services must be made through our payment processor. Autogramapp reserves the right to adjust prices and introduce new fees.
11. Termination and Suspension
Autogramapp may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
12. Links to Third-Party Websites; Optional Third-Party Tools
The Services may contain links to third-party sites. Autogramapp is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these third-party sites.
13. Optional Autogramapp-Provided Tools
We may offer tools to enhance the Services, which are subject to these Terms.
14. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
Autogramapp retains all rights to its content, trademarks, and software.

19. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Autogramapp operates.
21. No Agency; No Employment
This Agreement does not create an employer-employee or agency relationship.
22. General Provisions
Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver.
23. Changes to this Agreement and the Services
Autogramapp reserves the right to change these Terms. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
24. No Rights of Third Parties
Only you and Autogramapp have rights under this Agreement.
